Sonia Tammaro is the owner and principal consultant of Innov8te. She is a senior Human Resources professional with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, talent acquisition, facilitation and change management. She has led both small and large teams with a key focus on strategic improvement, innovation and stakeholder management. She also consulted to many of Australia and New Zealand’s leading organisations to design, implement and / or manage contemporary HR related solutions.
Rob Papworth
Affiliate Consultant
Rob Papworth is the founder and principal consultant of Talent Enablement. As one of our Affiliate Consultants, he supports Innov8te’s client group with a focus on succession planning, talent frameworks, recruitment frameworks, talent governance, job catalogues, and local community employment plans. Prior to establishing Talent Enablement, Rob led talent functions and provided recruitment and talent management services and advice across multiple geographies and industries in complex business environments.

She also supports our accounts receivable/payable function.
